• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations in India: 4–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer depending on courier coverage.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to monitor your package in real time.

5. Delays

• While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural events, or high-demand seasons.
